How projects, payments and deliverables work.
Effective October 6, 2026. These terms cover this website and the services of Seven on Seven LLC (“Seven on Seven,” “I,” “me”) of Clayton, Georgia. Every project also gets a written proposal or agreement. If that document and these terms ever disagree, the signed proposal or agreement wins.
Prices on this site are starting points. The final scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for your project are set in a custom proposal. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted first and billed only with your approval.
Deposits, payment schedules, and due dates are listed in your proposal or invoice. Monthly retainers are billed each month until either of us ends them as described in your agreement. Work may pause if an invoice is past due.
Each package includes the rounds of revisions listed in its proposal. Extra rounds or new directions after approval are billed at the hourly rates on the Pricing page.
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final approved deliverables made for you, such as your logo files and final designs, unless your proposal says otherwise. Drafts and unused concepts stay with Seven on Seven. Fonts, stock photos, plugins, and other third-party materials are licensed under their own terms. I may show finished work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to in writing.
You can cancel a project or retainer by email. You pay for work completed up to the cancellation date, and any deposit or refund rules in your proposal apply.
A consultation is $500, invoiced and paid before the call. It runs 60 to 90 minutes, in person or on Zoom. If you sign any package within 30 days of the call, the full $500 is credited toward that package. You can reschedule for free with at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the call, you get a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are not refunded.
For AI and website setup work, you pay for your own subscriptions and tools, including your Claude plan, domain, hosting upgrades, and any paid software, directly to those companies. They stay in your name. Seven on Seven does not take on usage-billed costs for clients. Those companies set their own prices and terms and can change them.
You confirm that you have the rights to any logos, photos, text, or other materials you send me to use in your project.
Everything on this website, including text, images, and designs, belongs to Seven on Seven or the clients and creators credited, and may not be copied without permission.
I do my best work for every client, but I cannot promise specific business results such as sales, rankings, or follow counts. To the extent the law allows, my total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.
