The same systems I run my own businesses on.

I built all of this with Claude for my own companies first. A development company I help run uses it every day for marketing reports, leads and project tasks, and I run my own life on a personal version. You get the version that's already been tested on me.

A dashboard for your business

One place for your tasks, your leads and your marketing numbers. Every morning an AI sweep reads your email and calendar and turns them into a to-do list, and a report on the week shows up on its own.

Marketing that posts itself

I set the strategy, then set up AI content in your brand voice, a content calendar and a posting schedule. You approve the posts and watch the numbers. I check the brand, the quality of the content and the schedule before I hand it over.

A website you own outright

I move your site off Wix, Squarespace or WordPress to Claude Code, GitHub and Cloudflare Pages, where hosting is free. It comes with security headers, analytics, privacy and accessibility pages, SEO and the legal basics small sites get sued over. After that you can change your own site by asking Claude.

Training until you can do it yourself

Live sessions with you and your team, plus the exact Claude prompts I use. The goal is that you stop calling me.

Each build takes 2 to 4 weeks. We start with a checklist of logins and access (Meta and Instagram business access, Google and so on), because getting access is usually the slow part. I take on a few AI build clients each quarter.

Your current site moved to free hosting with my website standards built in. This is a move, not a redesign. A redesign is a Website Update, from $4,375.

Up to 2 hours a month to fix, tune or add to what we built. Cancel any month.

For work outside a package.

What you pay for separately. Your own Claude subscription, your domain and any paid tools you choose all stay in your name and on your card. I set them up so you own them from day one. I don't put usage-billed services on my account for clients, and I'll help you set spending limits on yours.

$500, invoiced before the call, credited toward a package within 30 days. The call runs 60 to 90 minutes, in person or on Zoom. Need to move it? Reschedule for free with 24 hours' notice. Cancel more than 24 hours ahead for a full refund. Late cancellations and no-shows are not refunded. Full terms are in the Terms of Service. Sending this form opens your own email app. Nothing is stored on this site.
